Blue and Gold, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (Federal ID # 91-1353015) that has been helping needy Everett High School students participate in extracurricular activities since 1980.

We have been increasingly successful in our fundraising efforts in the last few years. Part of our success is attributable to the United Way designations from alumni and the staffs of schools in the Everett School District. We are both grateful and encouraged by this commitment because it tells us that you recognize who we are and the good things we are doing.

We encourage you to designate Blue and Gold, Inc. for your United Way donation. You can put all or part of your gift in the SPECIFIC CARE section of the pledge card. Indicate Blue and Gold, Inc. , PO Box 1194, Everett, WA 98206. Please remember, we are a volunteer organization so 100% of your donation stays right at Everett High School helping students.

We rely on advisors, teachers and coaches to identify the needy students who wouldn’t be able to participate if not for some assistance from our group. We know that they’re out there! We spend upwards of $100,000.00 annualy helping students at Everett High School.

In addition to assistance paid from our general fund, Blue and Gold also has restricted accounts which enable each program, club, or team to raise its own money and use our accounts for safekeeping. Our treasurer handles the day to day operation of the organization. Rich Anderson, a partner with the local CPA firm Hascal, Sjoholm and Co., is responsible for quarterly review, reporting and the annual form 990.

Remember to list Blue and Gold as your United Way designation!
